- Curt Cavin reports that Sarah Fisher Racing could go full time next season, but not with Sarah at the wheel. Although no official announcement has been made, SFR might hire Darren Manning to pilot the road and street circuits.
- John Lews, VP of development and marketing for the IRL, reports that the Indycar series in conjunction with IZOD have inked a deal with Macy’s to put IRL and Indianapolis Motor Speedway merchandise in over 800 stores across the U.S. and Canada.
