Sarah Fisher Racing Full Time in 09?
Just a few news and notes:
- Curt Cavin reports that Sarah Fisher Racing could go full time next season, but not with Sarah at the wheel. Although no official announcement has been made, SFR might hire Darren Manning to pilot the road and street circuits.
- John Lews, VP of development and marketing for the IRL, reports that the Indycar series in conjunction with IZOD have inked a deal with Macy’s to put IRL and Indianapolis Motor Speedway merchandise in over 800 stores across the U.S. and Canada.

Hard to imagine SFR will have the bankroll to do this, but I, for one, would love to see this for three reasons: SFR would be a competitive team, D Manning would be back in IRL, and we’d be able to enjoy another full time team in the ICS.
